Intro
Man, this weekend was something else. We usually mix active weekends with a few laid-back ones, but this one was on a whole new level.
About a year ago, I promised my son we’d go camping—real camping. Tents, sleeping bags, barbecue by the lake. Summer rolled around, and guess what? My son didn’t forget.
So, we planned it out. Gathered everything we needed, got some friends on board, mapped the route, and we were set.
Then Saturday morning hit… with a downpour. Rain all night, all morning. We were this close to canceling. But after a quick family vote, we decided: rain or shine, we’re going. And just like that, the clouds parted, the rain stopped, and the sun came out.
I won’t bore you with every detail, but it was perfect—forest, lake, tents, BBQ, and plenty of laughs with family and friends.
So Why Am I Sharing This on a Dividend Investing Blog?
